• A refundable deposit of RM50 (standard/family/deluxe/Surf Bay/Campout) / RM100 (VIP) / RM200 (Island) will required upon redemption of the Cabana Key
• Official receipt shall be issued upon payment as proof of purchase.
• No exchange of Cabana types or Cabana area will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase
• Rental time will be from 10am – 5.30pm
• Cabana Key must be returned before 6.00pm to claim the refund of the RM50 / RM100 / RM200 deposit
• The cabana rental is not inclusive of admission ticket.
• The deposit will be forfeited if the Cabana key is lost.
• The Cabana rental is valid only on the selected date. No exchange of the Cabana rental date will be allowed after purchase confirmation.
• Any damage to or loss of equipment listed in each Cabana that exceeds the deposit amount will be charged to the user (guest).
• Sunway Lagoon Theme Park Management will not be liable for any damage to or loss of guest’s property during the use of the Cabana.
• Smoking and vaping is not permitted in or around the Cabana. Please proceed to designated smoking areas.
• Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) inclusive of prevailing SST rates effective 1 July 2025, where applicable.
